How my approach

you money. Here are actual weekly costs of three starkly
different approaches to fitness:
- Traditional
training. Traditional trainer-recommended
lower-fat, higher-protein foods, more
supplements, and five $50 traditional fitness
training sessions a week. Weekly cost: $428.
- Doing
nothing. Traditional American food, the
current heavily advertised supplement of the
moment, Relacore (yet another supplement that doesn't work), and no fitness
training. Weekly cost: $109.
- My approach. Better food choices,
research-recommended supplements, and self-guided
fitness training, aided by my book, training
sessions with me once every two months. Weekly
cost: $74.
