How my approach saves you money

Americans spend billions each year on food, supplements—and trainers. My approach saves you money. Here are actual weekly costs of three starkly different approaches to fitness:

  • Traditional training. Traditional trainer-recommended lower-fat, higher-protein foods, more supplements, and five $50 traditional fitness training sessions a week. Weekly cost: $428.
  • Doing nothing. Traditional American food, the current heavily advertised supplement of the moment, Relacore (yet another supplement that doesn't work), and no fitness training. Weekly cost: $109.
  • My approach. Better food choices, research-recommended supplements, and self-guided fitness training, aided by my book, training sessions with me once every two months. Weekly cost: $74.
