Phone
privacy respected.
If you leave me your phone number, I use it
solely to return your phone call. I do not
collect, retain, or share phone numbers under any
circumstances. If you want, you may even call me
by dialing *67 before my phone number, which
strips your outgoing call of caller ID
information but is nevertheless accepted by my
phone. I do not "track" clients by
using the caller ID information from hangup calls
to call you. That's why it's important you leave
a message that clearly states a phone number if
you want me to return your call. Electronic
privacy respected.
The same goes for e-mail. I do not send
unsolicited e-mail (spam) nor do I share e-mail
addresses under any circumstances. While calling
is probably the easiest way for most people to
reach me, you may e-mail me here. Read more about e-mail on
my e-mail frequently asked questions (FAQs) page here.
Training
privacy respected.
This
information I gather about you before training, which is
necessary for your safety and mine is minimal (your name, age,
e-mail, phone, and emergency contact) and safeguarded under the United
States Health Insurance Portability and
Accountability Act of 1996 (HIPAA), which
basically states that I may not share your
information. Regardless of whether you are a
celebrity or a regular guy, I never share, sell,
or rent the personal information of any of my
clients or prospective clients.
Feedback.
I prefer direct feedback. Your compliments are deeply
appreciated, while honest criticism is a key
method I use to maintain continuous improvement.
Don't hesitate to tell me your concerns! You may
do so here.
